Jump rope is one of the best forms of cardio. It will make your stomach smaller because it will decrease your bodyfat. However, you seem to be going a bit overboard. Your body needs time to rest, and doing the same thing three times every day won't help -- unless, of course, you're getting enough food. The size of your arms will decrease with a decrease in bodyfat. And you have no need to worry about building muscle because it isn't easy. Besides, women don't have enough testosterone to build arms like men. Those that you see in the IFBB are only that way because they supplement with hormones. No woman should EVER be worried about building too much muscle.
