You will definitely lose the weight doing that. You don't have to starve yourself to lose 2-3 pounds in a week. You could eat about 1300 calories per day (in the RIGHT foods like fruits and veggies), and do your exercises and most definitely lose the weight.

You probably will, but you'll only lose water weight. When you cut your calorie intake below 1,000 calories, your body goes into "starvation" mode where your metabolism slows down and your body holds onto the fat as long as possible. Even losing 2-3 pounds isn't noticible... losing 10 pounds is what doctors are recommending for almost everyone to boost their health. If you want to go about losing weight the healthy way, then you're on the right track. Good for you! You should be consuming AT LEAST 1200 calories, unless otherwise instructed by your doctor.... good luck with all of this! Hope I helped...

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

1,000 calories will not sustain your basic metabolic energy needs, aside from adding exercise. Drop 100-200 calories a day, add exercise, and in two weeks you'll loose 2-3 pounds, healthily.

Eating 1000 calories (or less) will put your body into starvation mode. Starvation mode will stall or prevent your weight loss.
Keep in mind that a healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week.

yeah...probably even more than that if you do all that. I lost 4 lbs in one week just from cutting calories and exercising 1 day a week.

give me a break...2-3 pounds..that is silly....drink a few cups of water and pee..that should do it. or get a hair cut and take a dump and put on some lighter shoes..
