There are many tea's out there designed to help relax you allowing a better nights sleep. There is also an herbal medication called Valerian Root and it helps a ton with getting a good nights rest. Another trick is, get some lavender oils, put it into a small spray bottle and add some water, and take it and spray it lightly on your pillows and covers. The lavender is really helpful for making your mind relax. Make sure you're getting eight glasses of water a day as well, because a hydrated body is the most rested body. Sweet dreams!

Ans: Try this home remedy to get sleep. Consume plenty of curd. Also massage head with curd before washing. A cup of warm milk sweetened with honey should be taken every day before going to bed. Do not sleep in a stuffy room or drink coffee, tea or cola at night .It is useful to get plenty of exercise and get fresh air in the daytime.

The best thing to do is to get a glass of milk like the guy above said, but I'll go further and say put vanilla flavoring in it, and then warm it up. Then listen to some relaxing music. like kenny G. or Lil' Captain Travis. Or emo, it works too. Take a bath before too it helps a bunch.

This may sound silly, but I put one ear plug in and sleep on the other ear. That way I can still hear the alarm (of course this only works if you sleep on your side:)) in the morning! It diminishes the sounds (husband snoring, for instance) DRAMATICALLY!

Try to clear your mind by writing down a list of everything you need to remember or else you will subconsciously think about them all night. Lavender scented things also help calm and sooth you.
