I have crohn's disease and im 17 and only weigh 90 lbs.its very hard for me to gain weight.anyone who knows of any food that helps people with my disease gain weight please let me know.i already know fish is good but unfortunately i dont like fish and i hate ensure.so any help would be grateful.

and i cant eat fast food greasy food or too much junk food.its bad for my disease.

There is a healthy and non healthy way to gain weight. I would consult a nutritionist about this, but please stay away from all the junk and fast food.

I would use weight gaining protein healthy supplements that can be purchased at a GNC or prescribed through a doctor.
Foods rich in proteins such as chicken, meats (lean) and fish will help as well. If you go to the gym now, try to limit your work outs because they will just help you burn those calories you are trying to keep on.

If you use junk food and food high in fats it will be significantly worse for your Crohn's disease. It will actually go through your system quicker and make things worse for you.

best way to gain weight is to go to store like GNC and purchase a weight gain products.

You have to stay semi active while getting plenty of rest and staying away from junk food.

What you want to do is increase calorie counts while limiting the bad stuff like sugar. Take in plenty of complex carbs, ie potatoes, pasta, but you still need the simple carbs like fruit juice.

People usually gain weight when they take afternoon naps and eat lots of junk food. I think the afternoon nap idea isn't bad but you don't want the bulky weight of junk food (which is not healthy). Don't do anything like protein shakes or something because you can't trust those products. Its difficult but their is a natural way of eating more.

eat fast food everyday, it has so many fats and calories your bound to gain a little weight
