Where's the veggies, proteins, other fruits?

It really depends....Did you put butter and jam on your toast? Was the soup chicken noodle or clam chowder? You could have ingested anywhere from 660-1200 calories, depending on what you ate. 660 is too little, 1200 is just about right for weight loss. If you want to eat less food, try to incorporate more fruits and veggies into your diet; even though the calorie count might be good on that, you aren't eating the right things.
