I lost 35 lbs in four months and all I did was ate right and exercised. Try to eat around 1500 calories a day and exercise five days a week. Don't over do it because you'll burn yourself out. Eat dinners with small portions, two vegetables and a lean meat such as a white fish, salmon, chicken breast etc. Snacks should be yogurt, fat free cottage cheese, things like that. There is a light and fit yogurt that is 60 calories per cup. Drink milk. Even try eat the frozen dinners made by healthy choice and smart ones for lunch. Breakfast should be cereal, slim fast, something low in calories but you must eat it because it gets your metabolism going for the rest of the day. Good luck!

fruit and yogurt for breakfast, tuna/baked chicken sandwich on wheat bread w/ small salad for lunch, and small baked potato with grilled chicken breast, salad for dinner....plenty of water, and NO SODA!!!!!!!!!!! cut low on juices, alcohol, etc....and exercise as much as possible!
