Want to lose weight and gain clear complexion

Question: 1) I want to reduce my weight to 50kgs. 2) My stomach - I wear dress due which my stomach is very noticeable kindly advise how to reduce it. 3) I do not have a clear complexion, I got those prickle type on my face 360 days a year, Kindly advise what should be my diet to have a clear complexion and to reduce my weight. For your information, I am a working lady (working from 09:15 - 19:00hrs) I reach home only at 19:30 hrs.

Reductions in the sugary, fatty foods are essential and include plenty of fresh fruits and vegetable and its juices. Whole grains and wheat germ are good for the skin as well as to reduce the weight. To reduce the stomach lie flat on the back with knees bend and cross your hands over the chest and come towards the knees and go back slowly, do not touch the floor. Do this exercise for 8 counts and slowly increase to 12 and then to 16.

Remove dairy (cheese especially) and soda from your diet. Cutting out dairy helps some people clear up their skin. Soda is full of empty calories that eventually translate into gained weight.
