Yes it does happen. Not often but it can and does happen

always try when you are ovulating. (14 days after the first day of your last period) usually when you have thick white mucas. but sometimes it's not always that way. some ppl don't ovulate until they are on their period, so yes you can, but it's rare. webmd.com has all the answers. good luck
