I'm a diabetic so i have to pay close attention to everything i eat and drink. My drink of choice used to be dark rum and coke. Now its Bacardi white rum and coke zero. No sugar, no carbs, no calolories. As for drinking on a diet try and cut back it wil help you lose those pounds a little quicker.

A shot of Vodka has about 64 calories so mix that with diet cola and that's about the lowest calorie drink you can get. Definately stay away from mixed drinks, they have alot of sugar in them. Some have around 300 calories per drink in them! If you stay with vodka and diet you'll probably burn off the calories that you consume if you dance alot!

I have the same problem. Just make sure that you stay away from mixed drinks that have WAY too much sweeteners and will pack on the calories. I drink Gin with diet tonic water. It's light and 0 calories. Light beer is not bad either but the key is moderation

If you have to drink just cut back on the amount and try to exercise a little more and you should knock those few extra pounds off. If you drink beer, go for the lowest calorie content.

Alcohol isn't all that top in energy (some distance below the energy in issues like crisps) yet all alcohol, in spite of what drink it particularly is in, will upload on your calorie count variety. and of direction, being a liquid, alcohol is rather undemanding to consume. The weaker the drink the greater effectual, on the grounds which you will experience finished devoid of having taken in too many energy. An Imperial pint of beer in basic terms has around one hundred fifty-one hundred eighty energy and 2 those might in all possibility final you for a while. Beer is in all possibility the least fattening alcoholic drink there is - yet pay attention of the calorie-encumbered snacks which you would be tempted to consume including your drink.

Bacardi and diet coke has 85 calories. It does have carbs though, just like any other alcohol would. I suggest just doing some dancing to burn off the drinks
Here's the nutrition info for that drink (I thought I saw a commercial that said it had 0 calories??)

Any kind of mixed drink is fairly low in calories as long as you use something sugar free to mix it with. The other option if you have to have a few is to drink a few straight shots.

The same potential 'health benefits' that can be obtained from red wine could just as easily be obtained from grape juice. Beer just makes you fat over the long run. Straight whiskey, vodka, rum, pure grain, moonshine, etc. is for getting drunk on, it serves no other purpose, except to sterilize. The whole reason, and the only reason for drinking alcohol is to get drunk. I never drank Everclear for the taste, I drank it to get as drunk as possible, as quickly as possible. Anyone who claims that they drink for the taste is either delusional or a liar. People drink alcohol for the effect. Period. There is no reason to consume alcohol unless one wants to get wasted. If you want to lose weight, don't eat as much, stop when you are full. Eat protein, meat, meat, meat, and meat. Beans contain protein, but they make you fart. Powerbars and Muscle Milk are good sources of protein. (Don't eat too much of anything!) Carbs are ok for generating energy, if you work a physical job, for instance. Bunny food is a good source of fiber, and if it's spinach or other dark greens, (not lettuce) then there are some vitamins in it also.

You could have a rum and diet coke; I think it's about 100 calories.

Have a Guiness! It's good for you. It's about a hundred calories to a pint - it will fill you up and you're not likely to guzzle it down.
