I'm kind of confused, when you add meat to noodles(ramen noodles for example) do you put it straight into the bowl raw while it's still boiling or do you cook it first then add it?

Thanks

Do you want to die? Never put raw meat in with noodles! Definitly cook it first!

I have been to Vietnamese restaurants where Pho soup is served in boiling broth and thin slices of raw beef are served on top. You stir it and the meat cooks in your bowl. Simply delicious!
