I want to convert an Mpeg2 movie file to a DivX, and when I set the dimensions to 720 by 480, it converts it to 160 by 120. How can I change this?

First - what are you talking about? 3GP is a cell phone standard and therefore scaling down to 160X120 means it is optimized for your phone screen.

Second, since your screen is nowhere near 720x480, why are you trying to convert it to that size for your phone?

Third, what software are you using to convert? There is no software program called "3GP" so it is impossible to help you.
