ok, so my bf is really shy, and always acts like nothing is going on between us around his friends, because they ragg on him all the time. so, he also always goes to kiss me n then pulls back becuz his friends come by. he always says that he just doesn't want a 'public' relationship, meaning he doesn't want everybody looking while we kiss, but this is getting me really frustrated and i really don't know what to do about it. is it me?

and i really don't care, but with all the chances we've had, he's only kissed me like twice!

mm... I think he's both shy and behaving defensively because of his friends. What I think is more certain is that he likes you A LOT, else he wouldn't mind as much as he does.
My suggestion: Be a little patient and try to make him understand that the kiss as an expression affection does not only have to be the serious expression of love he is probably thinking it is. A stolen kiss or a quick good-morning-kiss when you meet can help. Helping him learn to laugh, and you will enjoy him most relaxed as long as you want.

well, if you two are going to be in a relationship, it should not matter what others think, as long as you are both happy and it shouldn't matter where you are, if you two really love/like eachother then you need not worry what others think

I think you should tell him tht he shouldn't be embarressed to like you, tell him to embarras his friends by saying that they don't have girlfriends, they are probably jealous of him getting you first anyway ;)
