Buy pancake mix and add water. No No, just kidding - those kind are gross. Um, buy Bisquick , eggs, and milk, and any berries or chips you like and follow the directions on the box. Bisquick makes the best pancakes ever!

I use the Bisquick brand pancake mix and mix in water stir and then use a griddle to cook them :-) simple. I also have most of the time 3 kids and a boyfriend hollering for breakfast so its simple and quick.

If you're not good a cooking and don't want to mix a bunch of stuff together, just buy one of the refrigerated pancake mixes at the store. Just pour on your griddle, cook and serve.

Hungry Jack Extra Light and Fluffy. Use club soda instead of regular water. Make sure the grill is hot ( a drop of water will dance) and lightly oiled. Don't turn them till bubbles that form on the surface start to pop. Turning more than once makes them tough.
