Steam them for 2-3 minutes. That's the only way you can cook them without losing all the nutritional value.

Best way to cook the vegetables without loosing the nutrients?
From: Jaya
Question: Can you please tell me the best way to cook the vegetables without loosing the nutrients? What about the microwave oven and the pressure cooker?
Ans: In microwave cooking the nutritive value of vegetables are better preserved in comparison with other methods of cooking. In pressure cooker there is a loss of vitamin C and other soluble vitamins and minerals.
