Because most people in America want to lose weight. Businesses want to give people what they want (or at least tell them what they want to hear....). They want money. They figure there aren't many people that need to gain weight.

To gain weight, simply eat a healthy diet but with a larger calorie intake.

I always wonder the same thing!! I am someone who works out to try to gain weight (I'm really scrawny) and it seems like I have to dig to find any info.

I think the thing is that with gaining weight the correct way, it takes a looooong time and a lot of dedication- there isn't anything that I know of that they can put a commercial and have people say they totally hit their goals in a short amount of time, which is what everyone would want to hear.

How about a burger and fries? Check out the menu at any fast food joint - ask them to "supersize" it - order the double or the triple with cheese - or go for the "combo" meal with the fries and the huge drink filled with empty calories. Or how about pizza and beer? Order the extra large with pepperoni, sausage, meatballs and extra cheese. Eat the whole thing yourself and wash it down with a pitcher of beer (none of that "lite" stuff either). If that doesn't work have another. I have lots of other proven weight gain methods that I know work for me. Eat! Be happy! You too thin anyway!
