fruits and veggies.
Find one or two you like and start incorporating them into your diet. Like chopped tomatos on your nachos or green peppers on your pizza. Pineapple on your pizza even. Its a start.
Go slow try a new fruit or veggie each day till you find the ones you like.

hurray!! you're not drinking pop!!! that is very exciting.
many of us ex-pop drinkers still crave that fizzy, yummy feeling. so, i recommend sparkling mineral water by crystal geyser. they add flavoring, but it's NOT the icky, gross, unhealthy fake sugar stuff. it's "essence of natural berries."
bagels are full of refined sugars and lots of carbs. if you must have a bagel, do a whole-wheat, organic one. otherwise, opt for whole wheat toast. cream cheese is fine, but remember: dairy slows down your digestive system. most americans are constipated, and THAT contributes to obesity. so keep the cheeses to a minimum (one serving a day).
you're probably not as picky as you think you are. you just haven't been exposed to GOOD foods. seek out a local bread bakery and pick up FRESH-baked goods (just bread! no muffins right now). i think you'll be surprised at how your taste buds perk up.
throw in some fruit at breakfast. strawberries, blueberries, mango. whatever is in season and seems appealing to you that week.
you MUST eat lunch. two meals a day is not enough. you should be doing more like 4 or 5 meals a day, but for now we'll be happy if you do 3. :) start with soup (read the CARBS on the back. less is better!), and some veggies (celery, carrots, broccoli--whatever you can muscle down).
dinner: you can do nachos, pizza, grilled cheese--provided you're working with whole grain, organic ingredients.
nachos: get low-salt chips and a salsa out of the refrigerator section of the store (that means it's fresher, and there aren't many preservatives). avacadoes, cilantro... yum! NO cheese, because you already had your serving of cheese today. if you opt for cheese at dinner, PLEASE buy the organic cheese. it tastes SOOOO much better, and it lasts longer. so the extra few bucks for it will be worth it!!
pizza: make your own crust using frozen bread dough (wheat if you can), spaghetti sauce for pizza sauce, ORGANIC cheese (sparingly), and then limit the meat, and try new things on top (peppers, olives, onions, artichokes, spinach leaves).
grilled stuff: use organic olive oil OR even better GRAPESEED oil for cooking in and your body will thank you. add greens like spinach, KALE, cilantro, parsley, basil to your grilled sandwich. you'll start feeling like an adult! :)
no more french fries!
cook at home! start slow! one new thing at a time!
good luck!!

How can someone be so ignorant about what they should or should not be eating? Have you ever heard of antioxidant foods such as fruits and vegetables? Try eating some of those....jeeeeez.
All the foods that you mentioned that you eat belong to the list of forbidden foods. Any health professional would tell you that you shouldn't be eating those foods if you want to be healthy.
While not drinking soda anymnore is a good start, just eliminating that from your diet doesn't cut it
Have you had your head buried in the sand?
It's interesting how the pickiest eaters (as you claim to be) are always the fattest and unhealthiest.

If you plan on losing weight, that wont help.
Increase your metabolism by eating 5 to 7 small meals each day. If you are picky, then go to a store and find food that you like, but can eat in small amounts. Steak, chicken and fish are good options if you like something that. Hate veggies? Find a way to cook them or prepare them that will make them taste good.

you should eat 4,to 5 times a day. 3 Small meals and 2 snacks. Try 1 new fruit today and a new vegetable next week. You need to open your mind and mouth to other options, for your health and wellbeing.

You're not a picky eater, but you don't have healthy eating habits. The foods you eat for dinner are primarily simple carbohydrates... and those will pack on the pounds and clog the arteries. You need lean protein, calcium, and fruits/vegetables.

eat small meals several times a day to boost metabolism. have whole grain bread grilled cheese, low fat cheese, veggie pizza, try to stay away from pepperoni and other fattening toppings. portion control is the best way to go along with substituting healthier ingredients. good luckl!
