cinnamon and honey for stomach gas?

What is the amount of honey and what is the amount of cinnamon that should be mixed together to control stomach gas?

I don't know, I just pop in 3-4 TUMS, avoid drinking water or soda pop for about 30 minutes after I take those and I seem to be fine after that. =)
