can i sell my car if i only have parts 10 and11 of the log book?

i bought a car from a garage but they had taxed it b4 i actually had the car can i still sell this car on even thogh i only have the bottom parts of the log book that the garage gave me

not sure but you can get a replacement log book,by contacting the d.v.l.a. Swansea
