Wouldn't that be a disaster?
Is that why God has given us lust and sexual desire? in order to prosper. Since humans can't procreate with same sex, isn't that the reason for it to be considered sinful?

Your assumption is that Adam might have been gay is impossible to answer. There are no written records about him as well as his sons. You are assuming that sex is only for procreation instead of recreation. If that were true humans would go into heat like other mammals, but we don't.Any sex outside marriage is considered sinful by some churches.Lust and desire are used by churches to control sexual behavior since the pursuit of desire would take away the churches power over our lives.Being gay is not a disaster it merely a benign expression of sexual desire(I do have strong feelings about gay males who will not take personal responsibility for their behavior in regards to the spread of HIV) If you believe that sex should occur only within marriage and only for procreation I can accept that. But do not have unreal expectations about others either straight, bisexual,or gay.People are going to have sex no matter what others think.Pleasure does not equate with sin.It is not for me or any body else to say what is sinful or not regarding the sexual behaviors of others.

If God had Created Adam Gay, he probably wouldn't have succumbed to Eve's temptation to eat the fruit. She would have been cast from the Garden and Adam would still be living in paradise. Millions and Millions and Millions of people throughout time would have been saved from eternal pain and suffering in the fires of hell.
Maybe that question should be posed to God......

So you actually take the Adam and Eve story literally huh?
So when Adam and Eve's straight children had sex, that's okay with you?
Do you know what happenes when successive brothers and sisters and relatives inbreed among each other?
Please, read your bible with some common sense.

Wouldn't that defeat the purpose of be fruitful and multiply? We need people to populate the earth or we'd die out.
