I would like to plan out my future after high school, but I don't know where to go. Does anyone know of a website that can let me visually map my future?

If you go on-line and check out the various colleges you're interested in attending, you should be able to find out what kinds of programs they offer in the way of financial aid and scholarships. Also, every state has an agency that offers info on work-school issues; check out the local Job Service website and find out what kind of state programs you might qualify for.

There aren't many good websites for that. I'd check with a career center, ideally at one of the schools you're considering (if they are in your area).

It's not as convenient as mapping it online, but the counselors there have a lot of material on financial aid, job growth, and probably have answers to questions you haven't thought of yet. They probably even have a worksheet to help map it out.

I don't think there are any websites that will do this.

However what you can do is go to your local college/university and ask to see an academic advisor. Make sure they put you down for an extended appointment. Typical appts. are 30 minutes but you will need more time than that. They can help you do this.

I have two ideas.
Go to a few local chamber of commerce meetings and introduce yourself. Ask all the business professionals there what they do and how they got to where they are. Networking is a great thing.
There is a program that works with local grocery stores. You register your grocery card with their website and a portion of all the purchases go to paying for college.
