i've been dating this girl for a lil more than a year and i really love her. But lately i've been feeling like i would be better off single. im getting ready to go to college in the fall and she'll still be in high school for 2 more years. Im afraid that if i break it off i wont find anyone else. I like talking to other people and hanging out with them and have fun, but when im around her i tend to sometimes lose my temper with her. She can hardly ever go anywhere with me. Im 18 and im very responsable and mature. We do the same thing every day and it gets old. When im around other girls and im talking and having fun i kinda wish i was single again. Does it seem like im getting bored? Please any input would help....

Okay I'm going to be blunt...
You don't sound mature for your age if your afraid to leave her because you'll end up alone...that's not very mature.
A relationship does get old and your young so it's not a big deal...college is a great experience and being single gets old too...that's something you'll need to figure out on your own experience...
it's pretty much up to you and you should be honest with her on how you are feeling.
Best thing that you should do is just move on...let her have her two years in high school and enjoy your college time.

I always go with the phrase, "if it was meant to be, it will work out." People lives change a lot from high school to college. If you are already feeling this way, I think you should go and explore. Don't worry about meeting another girl. They will come. I have seen some people who I thought would never hook up with anyone find somebody. Just keep in mind that when other girls come along, over time things will start to slow down a little, but if you are still happy with that girl no matter how fast your days together go, then you may have found the one for you. You sound bored.

Sorry to say it but you are still very young and you both will probably have a many other boyfriends and girlfriends in your lifetime, you are 18 and fixing to start college you should break it off and have fun and enjoy life in college and if it is meant to be the two of you will find your way back together

it sounds like its already over. if you really feel like you're better off being single, break it off before things get even deeper than they are now, then it'll just hurt more. you dont really love her as more than friends if you have times when you think you'd be better off without her as your spouse. come on. you love her, but you're not in love with her. quit now before it ends up hurting even more.
