it is Quran , Quran , koran , but all of them are just the translation to the neasrest pronounciation of the arabic word اÙÙرأÙ
The Quran, the last revealed word of God, is the primary source of every Muslim’s faith and practice. It deals with all the subjects which concern human beings: wisdom, doctrine, worship, transactions, law, etc., but its basic theme is the relationship between God and His creatures. At the same time, it provides guidelines and detailed teachings for a just society, proper human conduct, and an equitable economic system.
Note that the Quran was revealed to Muhammad in Arabic only. So, any Quranic translation, either in English or any other language, is neither a Quran, nor a version of the Quran, but rather it is only a translation of the meaning of the Quran. The Quran exists only in the Arabic in which it was revealed.

Qur'an comes from the Aramaic root word 'Iqra' which means 'to read/recite/repeat/proclaim'.
Changing that word to 'Qur'an' makes it '(The Grand) Recitation'. Muslims believe that the Qur'an is God's True Word as told to the Prophet Muhammad(S.A.W.).
They believe that none of it came from the Prophet's own mind, and that the Qur'an is the Recitation of God's Will to all humankind.
To all who believe that they truly worship God and need no guidance by any 'organized religion', then I ask them 'Wouldn't it be hypocrisy to say you believe, then when God sends a Prophet/Messenger/Messiah to fulfill His Will, you deny that Divine Message or choose which commands and teachings you wish to follow?'
