I'm not paranoid they do it all the time. They started doing it a while ago when they tried to kick me out of my parents house but they couldn't now thay are mad. I never saw a cop on my street until then now they are always there thats how I know they are harassing me.

I LOVE the idea of the police patrolling my street. I hope they come by my house ALL the time. Heck, they can knock on my door if they want and I'll give them cookies and coffee. It's a real deterrent to crime.

My question to you is why does it bother YOU? Paranoid or just guilty?

I looked at your question history. You have 7 questions...5 are about police. 1 is because your parents are trying to kick you out of the house and you don't want to go. You sound very troubled.

A little paranoid are we? I would lay off the weed and the crack pipe, until you got your senses back. The roads are public. The police have the right and the obligation to patrol them. If you were a law abiding citizen, you would care less that they were out there. So whatever it is that is making you paranoid, stop doing it.

They're aren't harrassing you. They are letting you know however that they're in your neighborhood and patrolling it to make it safe for you. So there isn't anything you can do about it. in dfact, make a complaint and it'll be laughed off as paranoia. Especially if you have a criminal record. then it won't even be taken seriously because it'll be considered 'sour grapes"
Best solution? Move out of your parents house.

Cops have better things to do than to spend their time harrassing others. They are likely just turning around and look at you because they are trained to notice stuff. If it bothers you, get blinds and keep them closed. Alternatively, consider that you may be suffering from paranoia and should see a doctor.

Its only harassing to you. They arent doing anything wrong. You probably live in a bad neighborhood or constantly break the law. If you lived in a nice neighborhood and never broke the law you would be waiving to them. Check yourself before you question others.

Do you live on a private street? Aren't roadways public property? How is this harassment again?

How do you know it's you? Did you do something illegal? Are you in a high-crime neighborhood? How well do you know your neighbors? Are they loud, disorderly, get into fights? Do you have a police radio scanner? You can hear what they are saying then.
Believe it or not, the police usually have too much to do to just cruise by and harass just one person.

If all they are doing is driving down a public street, you aren't being harrassed.

how do you know they are driving by to harrass you? Are you guilty of something and thats why you are so worried about it? Police drive everywhere to protect the neighborhoods.. if you not guilty about it.. dont worry about it...
