This quote is from todays L.A. Times. The newspaper does not followup or even seem to care about voter fraud.
"We marched, we voted, and nothing," said Lida Vidal, 34, who came here illegally 17 years ago from Mexico. "I still don't have papers."
See the story here.

Does this change anyone else's mind regarding the question of illegal immigration? It has mine.

Alias & all others who think that this is not a big deal. Newspapers should also get the facts, they are supposed to dig for the story. Could you imagine a quote such as " we marched, we voted, we planted some bombs and killed people" without the reporter asking " where did you palnt the bombs, how many people did you kill, what did you hope to acheive?" ETC
Why didn't this reporter "Anna Gorman, Times Staff Writer"ask who helped you register to vote, who encouraged you to vote, who did you vote for, where and when did you vote, do you know that non-citizens are not allowed to vote ? ETC
All these questions are neutral, but are aimed at getting the story.
