I think this comes down to whether you like the butt or the chest more. I would go with the pretty flat chest and a great booty.

small chest, great booty...
alot of men dig the big chests, but booty is what they really crave.
also a small chested girl can wear a push up bra if she chooses, but she cant make her booty better. Well without cosmetic surgery of course.

I am a front man, so the answer is clear. However, you could take a little off one area and apply it to the other if you have the money to do it. But really, love is where it is at and most people are not perfect. Besides, physical attraction is not just visual, the most important part of the sexual experience is touch and feel or smell and taste.
