Most of you told me to don't call the guy and let him call me. He didn't. I'm mad. It's not funny either. I should treat him exactly the way he treated me cuz payback is a B I T C H right? so should I move on or keep holding on?

...pass him up hun....especially if he's ignoring you outwardly and treating you badly. Nobody deserves that kind of attention darling....not even him! I'd say don't even worry about exchanging glances or revengeful feelings with this guy hun. Just being away from his low life self should be the sweetest revenge for you babe!

Well if the guy liked you he should have called you but since he didn't well m ove on and find someone who really cares about you. Because all he wants is for you to be his stepping stone or else he would call on all the time.
