my sons???

Question

I have had him thrown in jail for being a lazy such as not doing his chores so I told the police he was unruly and that I want to press charges on him for house damages and damages he has done for not doing his chores. I threw my oldest son in jail 3 years ago for not helping me with the grocery and house payment he is still serving time until 2009 also for damages of my back when I loaded 80 pound bags of salt into mybackpack he is now turning 28 and if he don't pay me either he will be sent to prison for hitting his mother what should I do?

Well, I am glad you are not my father, doesnt mean that i am lazy but sueing your kids wont let you gain the respect and love of your sons. You should stop having your kids thrown into the jail. Its not nice thing to see or even hear. Instead of that, why dont you once in a life time get your sons and sit and talk to them not like father and son but just like friends and try to understand them and think about yourself , were you the same like your sons, you know what goes around comes around thingy.
Plus, ask for a psychological help for your sons and also for yourself, trust me u will see that you all will be so very different from this current situation, once you change your point of view and the temporary solutions like having them thrown into the jail.

You could be the one going to jail if you don't stop doing this, sending innocent people to prison is just wrong. You blame them for things you do to yourself (it wasn't their idea to load 80 pounds of crap onto your back) because it helps you out. What you are doing is Blackmail, and it is illegal. What state do you live in where a person can send their kids to jail for not doing chores? There is more to this story than you are letting on.

Doesn't sound like a healthy family relationship... But I am a firm believer in the determination of the human spirit. I think you should seek professional help. I think all you family should go together and talk to someone. You have a serious communication problem. Just DON'T go on the Jerry Springer show. Unless you want to make a fool of yourself.

You are using the legal system as a disciplinary system for your household. That's wrong. There are much more serious crimes out there than not doing the damn chores. YOU should be put in jail for false imprisonment. Either quit it or kill yourself.

i woldnt have thrown my son is jail. thats is harsh and they will probably dont like you at all. i would say a little to far, by the way you are depicting them. lot os kids dont help out with bills and are lazy. why did you just throw him out or try to help him out. jail is not cool, if no crime was commited.

I don't even know what to say. You are waisting my tax dollars because you don't know how to handle your sons? Family couseling would be the first thing that comes to mind. You really shouldn't have had children in the first place, I don't think you have a clue as to how to parent...Don't worry we will keep footing the bill for your lack of parenting skills!

y didnt you just send them to boot camp when they were young?

theyre how old? i dont think they should be living with you anyways
