I have so many guys that randomly ask me out that I do not like at all. I feel bad rejecting all of them and there has to be some way to ease the pain a little...

Just say, I'm sorry but I just don't like you. If they ask why, tell them you just don't feel anything towards them and you can't control that. If there's an external reason besides your feelings such as the boy is a jerk or a womanizer or whatever then tell them that's why. Always let them down early. If you lead them on it will only hurt them more, but remember it's gonna hurt regardles but usually the sooner you do it, the less it hurts. Some guys will probably be over it after a few hours to a week, then find another object of affection. Some may try to throw their new object of affection if feelings are returned in your face but don't respond. Please do not say "Don't worry, you'll find a girl that likes you" because a guy gets sick of hearing that after so many rejections. If they get rejected all the time you should give them some tips.

Any rejection is the same ego blow, the slower and kinder the worse. Be brutal and quick.

Just tell him that you're seeing someone right now and you wany to see where it goes. If things don't work out, you know how to get in touch with them.
