Breakfast a banana, lunch was a cup of spanish rice while I fed my son with some alvacado, dinner will be lasagna. I make a point to have fresh fruits in my diet on a daily basis as well as fresh veggies that way my son will grow up to have good eating habits.

As for liquids that I consume its mostly water with a few glasses of Ice tea

I had two pieces of whole wheat toast with sugar free jelly for breakfast. Lunch will be salad, a 98% fat free hot dog and string cheese. Dinner will be a hamburger with no bun and a salad.

I don't eat until around 11 a.m. and then it's usually leftovers or crappy food, like ramen or a quesadilla. For dinner it's usually something more healthful, and usually with a couple sides of veggies and a salad for balance.
