well my brov shot me close range in the hand... i had a red swollen patch lyk a bite and it bruised around it luked like it had been hit wiff a hammer it was painful till the bruise caym out... ur deciz i advice u iff u hav a low tolerance 4 pain try summat else lol or iff u lyk pain staple ur lip it cains lyk a biatch i did it 4 a dare!! x

Just a little red spot kinda like an ant sting.
Make sure ya dont aim in such a way to get a ricochet to the groin area or your hands. Shooting yourself in the hand can ruin your sex life for a while.

I can't vouch for a contact shot, but from a distance of three or four feet... it hurts, but no bruising or bleeding. If you're wearing jeans it barely hurts at all.

small welt...perhaps a dot of blood if it was a perfect hit..we used to have bb gun wars when i was a kid...we all had mini bikes so we wore our helmets with faceshield or goggles and jackets...they stung when hit but not a big deal...now a c02 is different and a pump pellet gun is not to be messed with...i have killed rabbits/ducks with tham as a kid...and of course squirrels.
