Country Garden Omelet
INGREDIENTS:
2 eggs
1 tablespoon half-and-half or milk
1/8 teaspoon salt
few drops Worcestershire sauce
dash Cajun or Creole seasoning, optional
dash pepper
2 teaspoons butter
2 to 3 tablespoons finely shredded Cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon chopped green onion
1 tablespoon diced tomato
PREPARATION:
Beat eggs until frothy; whisk in the cream or milk, salt, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper. Heat butter in a nonstick 8-inch skillet over low heat; pour in egg mixture. Cook slowly, lifting gently at edges to let uncooked egg to run underneathWhen omelet is almost cooked but still shiny on top, cover and continue cooking until surface dries, about 1 to 2 minutes. Top with the shredded cheese, tomato, and green onion; fold in half.
Serves 1.

Mine's even worse: a huge glass of hot goat milk. Sounds terrible, and is terrible. I got used to the taste though.

Same every day! Cereal, fruit and cranberry juice.
On a sunday we have bacon and snotty egg sandwiches and a cup of tea!

I fix 1/2 cup oatmeal (not instant) with 1 cup 1% milk and 1/2 cup wild blueberries (or other fruit) every morning.
Keeps me filled up & it's very good for you.

Water with a granola bar,,, and maybe if I'm feeling good ill throw in some vanilla milk! now thats yummy !

i eat a variety of things for breakfast. Time can be a big factor.if im in a hurry then i normally just grab a poptart.if i have a little time then i eat cereal or a toaster pastry with a piece of fruit.if i have plenty of time on my hands then i go all out and make pancakes with bacon,sausage,eggs,biscuits and gravy, and smother most of it in syrup and top it off with a glass orange juice.

I used to eat waffles or pancakes with bacon and eggs.
I am not really a cereal person. But I am trying to lose
20 pounds so more recently my breakfast has been a Slim Fast. My favorite flavor is cappuccino.
