i whant to loose weigth becaused iam 150 lb and i use to be 125 how can i loose them i bearly had a baby she is one can someone help me

I've tried Atkins. It really worked. BUT I LOVE CARBS. So, even thought I lost weight, I got it back when I started eating again.
Now I just try to have a GOOD breakfast, and healthy lunch, and dinner (grilled food and veggies)
Believe, I have tried ALL diets in the market!! even the banana one, the cabagge soup and more!
Honestly, it's in your mind! we usually don't eat healthy. And if we don't learn, we will loose weight while we are on diet and get it back later

You don't need a diet plan, you need a lifestyle change.
First, stay away from junk foods, fast foods, candies, sweets and sodas. Eat healthy and include fruits and veggies! Never skip meals and be sure to eat throughout the day.

Drink water! Water really does help with the weight loss.

And, get active!! Walk, run, swim, ride a bike, run up and down your steps, dance around your house..anything! Just get moving!!

It also helps to keep a journal of what you're eating, when you're eating it, and how many calories you're taking in. Sometimes we go into shock when we add up the calories at the end of the day.

Keep in mind that a healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds per week.

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

I have found Weight Watchers to be the best program. It teaches proper foods (for fuel) and portion control. I have lost over 30 pounds and I feel this is plan I can live with for the rest of my life.
