I am flabby and I want to do some exercise but I can't afford equipment or go out to do exercise much, so what could I do within my own house?

I'm in the same boat. I do core strengthening exercises that I got from shape.com. They also have an exercise a month that can be done at home without equipment or using a general household item. If you were wanting to add weights, I have heard of using canned vegetables and the like. Other than that, get a magazine or two at the store. They usually have a routine you can do at home. Maybe using the bands or a ball. Those are pretty inexpensive as equipment goes. I also try to walk at least 30 minutes everyday. Thats a great cheap way to exercise. Hope this helps!

I have a baby and I can not go to the gym. I bought some weights and every night when my baby is sleeping I do 20 to 45 minutes of exercise in front of the TV. Sometimes it's cold and I am tired, but I just get naked in front of the mirror and it remembers me WHY I have to work out.
IN order to chose the best dvds I rented like 20 just to choose the best one. Just try, I know there is 1 excercise program for you outside!
Sometimes, I even do work out hard, just to warm up. It helps me to go to bed too :)

You can invest in some DVDs for aerobics which is effective and you can purchase some small weights for resistance. It doesnt cost an arm and a leg to buy those things the most you can spend is like $25-30

attempt yoga,Pilate's and tai chi. low priced books at 2nd hand e book shops + the mat could be a low priced tenting one. or you will get DVDs and watch them in front of the television as you artwork out. between a sturdy weight-help plan and an hour of one of those 3 an afternoon, i've got lost 15kg in in simple terms over 2 months.

Play some tunes and dance around for 30 minutes,it burns alot of calories!
