Apply for a license, get insurance (either on yourself or the vehicle) take it to traffic court, present it to the judge and he should lessen the charges against you by a wholllleeee lot! Other than that I doubt they will ban you, however it may get you a restricted license.

God the rest of these people answering are morons. "my friend was killed by a c.unt like you" What the hell?? Is that an insinuation that all people who drive uninsured and unlicensed are bad drivers and if that person had their license and or insurance, your friend wouldn't have died? If you were caught driving under the influence, I would agree with them but it's not that bad. Pull your god damn heads out of your asses people. I wish you the best of luck with your license! Mucky, leepylee, and Ian. You guys are complete morons. It's people like you that will be the biggest contributors to the downfall of the world.

Well, I can't be sure as I've always had insurance and in 12 years or driving never had an endorsement but I am sure that the limit of points in your first two years is 6.

You'll probably get a ban of some sort or more probably as the person above said any more points in the first two years and you'll have to take the test again.

I don't know your circumstances but what you did was very serious, one day when you have your own car that you've saved for you'll understand what a pain in the *** it would be to be hit by a driver with no insurance.

I am currently disqualified from driving on medical grounds, this has severly fecked up my career and social life and made everything much harder as i live in a semi-rural area, but i've never been tempted to drive. You could kill someone and it would ruin two lives then, because i sure as hell couldn't live with myself knowing i'd caused that when i shouldn't be driving.

Oh I also heard that the instructors will see your past history so expect a tough time when you do take your test. I hope you learned your lesson, we all make mistakes.

Tickets are doubled when you are on a probationary license. Since you haven't taken the test yet, you could end up passing, have the 6 points doubled (12) and then be told to wait until your 18. Happened too my son!!

No.

My GF drove my car on L plates and totalled it into a land rover. She had no insurance and the L plates had 'fallen off, your honour'. She got 7 pts for no insurance and an absolute disharge for driving other than in accordance with her licence. She later passed her test and sent away for her licence. DVLA sent her a full licence with 7 pts on. I asked a solicitor for advice and he said that if she got just 1 more point in the first 2 years she would loose her licence.

In short, make sure you are fully legal and your car is in perfect condition, legally.

I put off getting my license for ever. I was in college and was stopped at a check point and was cited for driving without a license. I was given a court date and was told there would be a large fine. I went the next day and got my drivers license. When I got to court I showed it to the judge and he withheld adjudication. I had to pay no fine and received no points against my license. My advice to you would be to get your license before you get to court. When the judge asked me why I had no license at the time I was ticketed, I told him I was just being lazy and he laughed. Honesty is the best policy. Good luck.

Hopefully yes.
You're a danger and a drain on the rest of the law abiding drivers in this country.
I hope your car gets crushed too.
Take care now : )
