Lately I have been experiencing fatigue. I am sad most of the time and very annoyed by certain noises. I have trouble sleeping. For the past couple days I haven't been really hungry. I have a hard time staying focus so high school is really hard right now. I have been dropping things a lot and forgetting things.
Please help me. If you need more info., just ask.
Thanks

Sounds like basic signs of depression. I would definitely consult a doctor about the symptoms you feel. He/she may prescribe you on a medicine that may try to level the emotions you are feeling. Also, I would definitely try to talk to someone you trust about the emotions you are feeling. One thing you can definitely do is try to eat healthily. Even though you aren't very hungry, I would still try to eat your necessary foods, like fruits, vegetables, and proteins. Stay away from caffeine and those kind of stimulants. They'll just mess you up even further. Good luck and I hope you feel better!

You may need to have your parents make an appointment with your doctor. At your age, it could be any number of things - from a hormonal issue to insomnia to depression. The fact you are not eating is contributing to not being able to stay focused in school. At your age, your parent should be okay with you wanting to go to the doctor and may even allow you to manage to some degree your treatment options. Be honest and up front with your doctor about all of your issues and feelings.

Good luck.

Sweetie, you might be depressed and not know it because it happens to many many people. Or you can have a physical illness without knowing too and this is serious. Although i really don't know your situation and you don't know me, i can be of help if i may just email, but try and tell your doctor about it and I'm sure help will be on the way very soon....

See your doctor regarding depression. Sounds like it is leading to fatigue due to the stress of dealing with it.
I went through something like this after a very messy divorce.
Some doctors will not diagnose it properly, so be very specific about what you feel both physical and emotionally.
If that fails, talk to a councillor. They will recommend someone who will help. Deal with it now, not later. I am very impressed that you know yourself well enough to recognize what is happening to you. Observation and honesty with yourself is very important.
