Not without a risk of food poisoning.

I believe your plan was to crack the eggs and leave the egg whites in a bowl in the microwave, and then program the timer so it starts up in the morning.

According to most experts, eggs should be kept cool until at least 2 hours before preparation. If your microwave has an option that cools down the contents until it is ready to cook (like they do in some ovens now), then you might be alright.

But leaving eggs at room temperature and exposed to air get you a case of botulism or salmonella. Even cooked eggs left out at room temperature for too long a time should be disposed of.

It takes perhaps 3 minutes to make scrambled eggs in a bowl in the microwave. I wouldn't take the chance for 3 minutes of time. Put the eggs in when you get up, go change into your clothes, and when you come back they are ready.

They will be a lot better made freshly. Anyway, how long does it to make egg whites? A minute?

If you want to prepare them in advance you can try it, but make sure the cooked whites are on a plate covered tightly with plastic wrap.

Take the plastic wrap off the plate in the morning and put a wet paper towel over the plate. Microwave just a few seconds.

I made some this morning and it didn't even take me 5 minutes to make. I'd rather wake up 5 minutes earlier to have breakfast then to risk eating bad food.

If you refrigerate them they will be fine. I used to take leftover breakfast for lunch and it was great.
