Most of the time donors are brain dead and on a ventilator, but if you die your organs will stop working, so can you still donate a heart? what about your eyes and bones?

definitely.....once the organs are still in tact and healthy..and retrieved in a decent amount of time....like very soon after the death..they can be donated to another

Yes; some organs can be donated after the body is transported to the hospital as long as the delay isn't too long (usually recent traffic deaths) and the fact the deceased is a donor is easily determined
