its located about where my lungs are, on the left side. its hurts severly when i breath in or turn the wrong way or try to stretch. it sort of feels like it needs to pop, but ive tried and it wont. this pain comes about every other month, stays for about two weeks and randomly goes away.
what could it be?

If you had an accident where you injured your nerves,or
notice this pain when stressed out,and lifting.You may have
a injury to your Collar bone.You can break this and not even know it.Ice Pack works wonders.There's a Surgery but it sounds dangerous because it's so close to your Lungs.
Get an Doctor advice.They can give you muscle relaxers.

this could be from stress try to relaxe take deep breaths if that doesnt work try a hot/cold patch put it on where the pain is. if that doesnt work go see a doctor you probably just need a good massage! or maybe it would be from the changes in the weather try taking a pain releiver just 1. then lay down and relaxe dont stress!! good luck hun!!

I could be stress in your life causing the occasional pain. In any case, you should see a doctor ASAP!
