not sure what you mean by lib, but if they want to see your tattoo then show them, but dont act like a 5 year old, throwing your forearm in their face and chanting, "I have one too, i have one too." tattoos are awesome, i love looking at what other people have. Mine is on my upper back, sometimes I wish i got it where people can see it. In my opinion its a waste of money to get a tat and not show it off.
