1. Kid could be scared for a good reason -- including having a previous traumatic experience with water or just not knowing how to swim. Careful approaching strange kids -- if they know you, you would have no problem advising the frightened one to blow it off (or the others to knock it off), but if you don't it could be asking for trouble.
2. Not necesary, but it as a known bonus of spring.
3. You are withholding vital background information on why you're kissing in church and it's relationship to being sad. Sorry, need to know more to provide useful feedback.
4. Thick enough (or dark enough) not to see through if you want a cover-up. Heavy cotton tights are impenatrable to the naked eye, so they cover well -- but of course, everybody will know you're wearing tights.
5. Pepto-bismo, mint tea, ginger ale, and eat only gentle foods. Don't starve yourself due to fear of nausea, it will just make it worse. If you're terribly sick, you may have no choice but be bed-ridden.

5. take midol and use a heating pad. get the icy hot cramp pad. that's what my wife does.

leave the kids alone. show your tats. Stay away from church. Nobody needs to be wearing tights. my head hurts worse than your cramps.

Make a meal along with his childrens help. Make it a topic occasion for Valentines, coronary heart place mats, call playing cards, etc. purple constructino paper and an undemanding dinner and you have made a calming afternoon and scrumptious night for all those you adore....good success~~~
