32-8mm Cal.=Mauser
270-7mm Cal= Mosin
Is correct.
But if you shoot corrosive ammo I would the snake by its self is not good enough.
To clean after corrosive ammo, you need to do a really good clean up or the barrel can be damaged.
The snake by its self I feel, would not be good enough clean up.
That my opinion.

I stand corrected!
I was thanking 7mm and 8 mm Mauser, that will teach me not to take sleeping pill and type while waiting for it to kick in.
270-7mm Cal= Mosin
Mosin-Nagant is a 7.62 X 54R there for referred as to a .308, but in truth is 7.9 mm or .311 the 30 cal snake is the closes to what is needed.

The 32-8mm is correct for the Mauser.
For the Mosin you want the .30 Caliber snake (7.62mm) - the 270-7mm snake is too small.
I have several Bore Snakes and they are invaluable in the guns you only really need to swab the barrel out (ie. break open, bolt action, anything except gas operated). I have a .22 snake for my 10/22 and a couple 12ga snakes for my break open competition trap guns. The snakes are not a substitute for a regular thorough cleaning of the bore and action now and then with a solvent, brushes, etc., but they do get all the gunk out of the bore and leave it shiny for the next use.
However, if you use corrsive mil-surplus ammo in your M44 and K98 you really need to wash the barrels out after each use with either ammonia or warm soapy water.

You need the .30 cal Boresnake for the M44. As the others have said, if you're shooting surplus ammo you need to spray the bore and bolt face with Windex before you pack up at the range, and clean it as soon as you get home.
Since you have an M44, don't forget to give the bayonet the Windex treatment as well if you are shooting with the bayonet fixed as is intended.

You need to use ammonia mixture if you shoot corrosive ammo. Most military surplus ammo for these guns are corrosive. Mix ammonia with water, or just spray some Windex window cleaner down your barrel. Swab with a patch until dry and then use gun cleaner as normal.
