Where are LVN's needed the most?

Hospitals.

I do not see how they can do it, they put up with abuse an impatience but keep treating and helping to the best of their ability. It's mind boggling.

I have been in the hospital a few times over the past 10 years and there are definately a lack of qualified nurses working, and/or their shift are outragiously long. In clinic there should be MORE DOCTORS - not more nurses.
