in Daniel, the demon-prince (that gives you a glimpse into the hidden influence in govts....not hard to believe Dubya has a demon-prince pulling his strings) blocked the angel in a physical sense evidently....prayers are recieved through holy spirit and no demon can ever block that.....but we can cause our own prayers to go unheard by resisting God's guidance.....the bible mentions that prayers can be blocked as if by a cloudmass.....and God DOES say he would not listen to unfaithful Israelites' prayers......but it was because of their own acts.

No. Demons tend to leave when you invoke the name of God, as you do with a prayer. That's why you start every prayer by using God's name. Not only that, but it tells God you are speaking to him.

This scripture isn't about a demon! It's about a king and how he detained a prince. Has nothing to do with demons!

Witchcraft and black magic can block our prayers reaching God as angels the messengers are prevented from transmitting the prayer as the people who are possessed with demons even if they keep the faith and pray constantly will not reach God and God s blessing which is send through angels will not reach them (or are very delayed) as demons (Djinns or Jinn or Satan) are more powerful than sweet message transmitting angels. But there is a solution to the problem-Direct your prayer to God through another God loving person or through prayer ministries or groups who pray to God or simply through your Mother or wife or daughter who has strong faith. Then to defeat the powerful demons God will send his Army protecting the “angel with the blessing” (Group of 5 or more Arch angels and powerful angels depending on the enemy strength)

But the most important thing is strong patience, faith and very strong endurance as the demons (Djinns or Jinn) will harm you more to give up faith and turn rebellious to GOD. It may takes some time be patient.

But one thing should be noted that some type of demon possession are a constant fight for either very long time or may even last a lifetime.(sometimes till the caster of witchcraft (not the witch)dies or gives up or end the affliction through certain rituals to not harm the person any more). Most of the demon possession are done by human enemies(mostly by very close relatives) through witchcraft or black magic due to jealousy, and greed(for property and family wealth). People of other religions Eg: Hindus (Homam ritual) ,Muslims etc. has rituals to eliminate the demons or black magic effects and to prevent it from happening. In Christianity there are some powerful priests and ministers who can

I guess you can be distracted from praying, or misled by your own intentions for your prayer to not coincide with God’s plan. But if your heart is in Christ, your prayers will be answered. God’s sovereignty rules over any demon trying to block your calls to the Lord.

NO. I don't believe anything can "block" sincere prayer. Simply praying does not always obtain the result one wants, but I dont' believe a sincere prayer can be blocked by demons or anything else. It is within our power to give our attention to "demons" or to God.

Prayers are prayed through Jesus' authority. He is stronger than a legion of demons. They cannot block our prayers. They simply don't have that kind of power.

No there is no way that demons can block prayers God will not allow that to happen the devil nor his followers can't do anything if God almighty doesn't allow it to happen.

why stop at demons, how about zombies? They seem pretty shifty, stumbling around, eating brains and such. Or what about elves, or dwarves, or giants? I bet a giant could put a damper on your day! You know, because they are so big and stuff.

Gods ... do you believe in more than one, such as I do, or did you mean God's, as in one God, such as the Christians....

In any case, if you believe that your prayers, i.e. your line of communication with your god, or gods, can be interrupted, then perhaps your god, or gods are not with you as much as you think.

In my religion, deity is with me always, and always hears. There is no interruption in that communication.
