Yes. You buy the car for it's condition and affordability, the person whose selling it to you in regards to male or female should have nothing to do with it.

There is a local Subaru dealership near me that is the largest Subaru dealership in the Northeast, and happens to be owned by, oh my god......a woman!! So, the obvious answer to this is that it seems not to matter for the majority of the car buying public. If it does matter, would you really want their business anyway.......

If the dealership has been in business awhile and is reputable I would consider it. (for a new car) If they just opened last night and the main office sits on wheels..probably not.
There are many more considerations for buying a used car for which I prefer buying from private parties.
