I'm not agreeing w/ the masses on this one... I honestly don't think anyone else read the "i am talking about taking speed and meth" part of your question!
While vomiting is often a symptom of withdrawal from heroin & some painkillers, actual physical withdrawal from meth is much different. Throwing up isn't part of it!
I copied & pasted the following from Erowid:
Withdrawal Symptoms:
craving
exhaustion
depression
mental confusion
restlessness and insomnia
deep or disturbed sleep lasting up to 48 hours
extreme hunger
psychotic reaction
anxiety reactions>

Yes, it can feel very much like a bad case of the flu, with vomiting, diarrhea, muscle cramps and nausea. If you can be away from the bathroom, walking is often helpful. Also, try hot baths and eat even if you don't feel like it. Your body needs the nutrition and drink as much water as you can--you need the hydration, also. Try to get as much sleep as possible and you may be able to rest through the worst of the withdrawal symptoms. Tylenol PM may be helpful or any non-prescription sleep aid.

throwing up is caused by many things. I have not heard of it as a withdrawal from meth. Are you normally a nervous person? That could be your conscience talking to you.

sweetie when you are withdrawing from a drug your body will do anything that it can to cope with the idea that it's no longer getting that feeling that it's used to but,no matter how bad things may seem now it will get better with time.try to think of the good things in your life you know family, good times and do something to keep you occupied and this will help pass the time.try eating something it may help with the nausea and good luck on your recovery may all good things come to you.
