Tresemme went onto the market. Meaning that now anyone can buy it. When salons had it in the shop, they had the upperhand in marketing but since everyone can buy it, they dont want it anymore. Thats also what happened with Nexxus products.

tresemme was taken out of shops when the company was brought, The patents ran out which mean other companies could use the tech. It was no longer a high class product other companies had better.
As far as nexxus, it is still a salon product, they only released the basic line because it was no longer a hit with salons, we still have a nexxus line for salon only.

As far as I know, Tresemme was never a salon only product. It's a marketing ploy.

I'm not sure, but you can still find there products at grocery stores like bi-lo, walmart and the drug stores. I really like there shampoo and conditioners and they last awhile. The prices are also good for what you get.

It didn't get booted out of beauty shops. It just went commercial so more people could buy it at a reduced price.
