Yes, most of them do!
But if you need them, you must take them, there are some that don't cause a great deal of weigh gain, but watch your diet, and take plenty of exercise. If you take exercise, you may find that you don't need them anyway.

I took beta blockers for high blood pressure. They did not cause weight gain exactly, but they sure prevented weight loss! because they slow the heart rate, and keep it from speeding up, all of the aerobic exercise in the world could not improve my stamina or reduce my weight. On the upside, there was a vast reduction in anxiety, but on the downside, I was totally exhausted.

I was able to still lose weight while on betablockers, but it took a strict low-fat diet, lots of walking and a lots of self control not to drink pop or eat out much.
