You name it we do grow it i live in ontario we have the only Kiwi berries Bc does grow some bananas
apples more then you know or many kinds of fruit
Potatoes ie PEI to our Poutien
Beef is a given buffalo Sea food from both of our coasts
maple syrup
We invented the Nanaimo Bars
We also have food form all coultures also
Alberta Flank Steak

Butter Tarts , Berri dishes, Bread Pudding, Cabbage Pickles, Canadian Goose, Fish & Brewis, Fish Cakes, Fried Cod Tongues, Pigs feet, Pigs snout, Molasses Cookies, Moose, Newfoundland Flipper, Cod Lobster , Salmon
Saskatoon Pie, Screech Pie, Shipwreck, Spruce Grouse with Blueberry Sugar Pie Sweet Bread
