It is hot in your flask and milk doesn't like to be hot for too long.
When it is exposed to heat for a long period of time, the fat will seperate and you get curdled milk.

It's disgusting isn't it? And the smell when you open the flask.... eeww!
Take the milk in a separate container. A bit of a faff, but no curdling.

Because - I am almost certain you use freeze dried coffee. To avoid curdling make your coffee cool a litlle bfore you add the milk. That should sort your problem.

Dont know but I do know that ever since I was a child we always took our milk separately from the flask

I think it could be the Milk as this happened to me before, but someone told me that you can buy packets of separate cup drinks ( like you get in vending machines ) which you can just add hot water too.

Well if its white coffee, that means it's got milk in it and milk goes bad pretty quickly.

its usually when the milk is off it will seperate, and you cant taste it!
