I've tried gel insoles, and they don't help. I also have taken Motrin for inflammation, which also doesn't help. About the only thing that helps temporarily is massage.

Agree you should go to a doctor as they can help however, for some relief take a 16oz water bottle fill with water and freeze. Then use the foot that hurts to roll the water bottle applying as much pressure to that it doesn't hurt. If it's heel spurns this, cortazone shot, and a special leg boot that you sleep with are the only thing that will help but not cure it.

Take a break from heels and where comfortable flats, the best are by Michele D. Look cute without the price of pain, otherwise get a pedicure

You need to see your doc to find out what is causing the pain. You cannot self treat a pain if you don't know what is causing it.

Have you seen a chiropractor? You could have uneve legs or something of the sort-- Do you know the cause of your heal pain? achilles tendon maybe--you have to find the souce before you stop the problem...but massage is goos you coul also try ultrasound treatments..good luck, consult a chiro.

stop wearing high heels before ur feet turns into a monster oh and u might end up with loads of varicose veins

See your doctor...there are so many reasons to have foot pain.

it may be gout im dealing w/ it myself in any case try a montmorency cherry juice concentrate, its tart but has helped me , its a natural anti inflammitory and powerfull antioxident

to be honest, the only thing that helps me, is a narcotic!!! 10mg hydrocodone!!!!!!!!!! ASK any checker/cashier!!!!!!!!!!!
